Karma Vendors - Guild Wars Forums

Hi, I am really enjoying the Guild Wars 2 experience.

I am playing a Charr engineer and am only level 8, but I haven't found a single Karma vendor in the starting area. I have completed many of the heart quests and have completed the whole of the Black Citadel area where the karma vendors I have found are all crafting vendors.

In the Plain, I haven't seen a single one on the map. Is this a bug? I have been doing dynamic events as well as the heart missions and am about 50% through completing this area.

I am a little behind on my story quest, I like doing other stuff first, is that the reason?

I have amassed over 400 karma and haven't spent it!
